Refund & Returns Policy

At Side Quest Station, we take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy below.

 

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sqs@sidequeststation.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include photos of the damage or fault so we can assess the issue quickly. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate — including return shipping costs where applicable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that were custom-made or personalised to your specifications (unless faulty)

 

Consumer Guarantees

Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If it has a minor fault, we may repair or replace it. These rights apply regardless of our store policy.
