Is the elf included?

No. Our scenes are made to suit the elf you already have at home.

When will it arrive?

Orders dispatch within [X business days] from Melbourne. Order by [date] for delivery before [date].

Can I personalise it?

Yes. Add your child's name (up to 25 characters) and your elf's name (up to 15). If you skip the elf's name, the letter says 'Your Elf'.

What's the difference between first-time and returning elf?

The first-time letter introduces the elf and explains the rules. The returning letter welcomes them back for another year.
