Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Side Quest Station! We're a small Australian business based in Australia that designs and manufactures our products in-house. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Processing Times

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for manufacturing and quality checking before your order is dispatched.

        Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

        During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer

        You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

 

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed by Side Quest Station.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

        Metro areas: 2–5 business days

        Regional areas: 5–10 business days

        Remote areas: may take longer — please refer to Australia Post's delivery estimates for your postcode

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue. Please note that once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Side Quest Station is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once printing has commenced.
